One of our newest beans, coming directly from Guatemala, Santa Rosa farm. We roast this to a Medium Vienna Roast profile, and you will enjoy the notes of sweet, clean, dark chocolate fragrance, peasant acidity, soft citrus notes, cherry, baker’s chocolate, walnut, butterscotch, jam, and caramel flavors.
